Miss Strong’s PROTEIN PACKED Breakfast Bowl:
My clean breakfast recipe for a perfect balance of protein and carbs. Packed with protein, energy, and pure happiness! Put a smile on your face this morning and start your day of right!
Handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of almond milk
Stevia drops (for sweetening)
1 Tbsp. Pb2 (powdered peanut butter with less fat)
Cook oats in water over a stovetop for about 5 min. on medium heat (add 1 1/2 cups of water)
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
