This summer, Miss Strong wants you to challenge yourself. In the gym, with the weights, by eating clean, and by doing yoga! Yay yoga! Let’s develop beautiful bodies, strong minds, and radiate peace and happiness with beautiful intentions and hearts.
I love doing yoga. But guess what…I have a lot of poses that I want to learn, practice, and develop…you aren’t the only one. So let’s practice yoga together, and practice challenging ourselves, our bodies and our minds through new yoga poses every week. I am going to pick one challenging pose every week that will be posted with instructions and a picture. Try it out, take your own picture, and either upload it to our Facebook page or hashtag #misstrong on Instagram so that we can create a beautiful album of global women, and the same pose.
