Powerlifting, Not Just a Man’s Game

We strongly respect women who are, just that….STRONG. Women who do what others believe they cannot…women who strive to lift quadruple what the man in the gym next to her lifts. Miss Strong features women of all different fitness backgrounds, sports, passions and goals…and this article is for the girl who is interested in lifting heavy. The athlete, the powerlifter, the woman who has that flaming drive for heavy racks of weight and knows that lifting, heavy…is not only a game for men. Let’s hear it for “Powelifting, Not Just a Man’s Game” written by powerlifter Elaine Huba. She’s strong, beautiful, and proves that lifting can be feminine.

  1. Hello superb blog! Does running a blog like this take a great deal of work?
I’ve virtually no expertise in programming however I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyhow, should you have any recommendations or tips for new blog owners please share. I know this is off topic but I just had to ask. Thanks!

    • Thank you, hope it inspires and supplies useful information! Running a website like this does take a great deal of work,
but if you are passionate about what you are publishing and sending to people, you will be driven and dedicated, and it will
show in your final product. That would be my number one tip to you as a new blog owner…BE PASSIONATE. There will be many things for
you to learn and investigate, as well as many details, but your passion and love for your topic will develop a superb blog/website. Thanks for visiting us, and keep BEING STRONG! Have a beautiful day. -Miss Strong.

  2. Thanks so much for the shout out:) I feel honored that you chose to feature me on your blog and respect that you are promoting strength to women! I love your site and can’t wait to try some of your delicious looking recipes soon!

    • Absolutely, I have great respect for women who are strong and who get work done! I want to thank you as well, for serving as an inspiration to people, and writing a great article!
